1.1 Trial Period: If your course includes a trial period, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the start of the trial if you are not satisfied with the service.

1.2 Cancellation Before Course Commencement: If you cancel your enrollment at least 1 day before the course begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

1.3 Cancellation After Course Commencement:

Within the First Week: If you cancel your enrollment within the first week after the course starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting any administrative fees.
After the First Week: Refund requests made after the first week of the course will not be eligible, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances such as serious illness or other valid reasons. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

1.4 Technical Issues: If you face significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

2.1 Completion of Course: Once you have completed the course, no refunds will be provided.

2.2 Digital Material: Fees for digital materials (e.g., downloadable content, e-books) that are part of the course package are non-refundable.

4. Discretionary Refunds
